Are you an experienced educational leader looking to build a legacy from the ground up? We are seeking an accomplished, visionary Principal to serve as the academic and administrative head of our startup CBSE school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Excellence: Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, and progressive teaching methodologies.
- School Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, administrative workflows, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- CBSE Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with CBSE board guidelines, affiliation norms, and government educational policies.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, supervise, mentor,



and evaluate the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- School Growth: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive student admissions, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Community Relations: Act as the primary liaison between school management, teachers, students, and parents to foster a team-oriented culture.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of proven experience specifically as a principal in reputed CBSE schools.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in school governance, staff management, and scaling school operations.
