Calender Management of Function Head

Manage meetings, VCs, calls, travel plans, external meetings, internal meetings, and team reviews.

Email Management

Screen incoming mailers, segregate and schedule meeting requests.

Coordination of Hr Related All Activities

Update PMS, mid-terms, KRA collation, JDs, and organizational structures for team members.

Preparation of Summaries of Meetings, Actionables and Delegations

Organize events, briefings, and presentations.

Graduate, computer literate.
