Job Summary:-

A4 Nature Hospital is looking for a qualified and responsible *Pharmacist* to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicines to patients.

The candidate should have good knowledge of medicines, prescription handling, inventory management, and pharmacy procedures, along with valuable communication and patient-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Dispense medicines accurately as per the prescription.

* Verify prescriptions, dosage, quantity, and medicine details before dispensing.

* Explain dosage, usage, precautions, and storage instructions to patients when required.

* Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication-related queries.

* Maintain adequate stock of medicines and pharmacy consumables.

* Monitor stock levels and raise indents/purchase requirements on time.

* Check batch numbers, expiry dates, and medicine quality regularly.

* Maintain proper records of stock movement, purchases, sales, and expiry.

* Ensure expired, damaged, or near-expiry medicines are properly identified and segregated.

* Handle pharmacy billing and ensure billing accuracy.

* Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory audits.





* Ensure medicines are stored appropriately as per required storage conditions.

* Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and proper organization.

* Follow hospital pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

* Provide courteous and professional service to patients and attendants.

Eligibility & Skills:-

* D.Pharm / B.Pharm from a recognized institution.

* Valid registration with the *Karnataka State Pharmacy Council*.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Hospital pharmacy experience will be an added advantage.

* Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescriptions.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and pharmacy billing/inventory software familiarity.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

* Patient-focused and service-oriented.

* Responsible and detail-oriented.

* Positive coordination with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.

* Good knowledge of pharmacy inventory and stock management.

* Willing to work in shifts, if required.

* Candidates with prior *hospital/clinical pharmacy experience* will be preferred.

Job Location:-

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
