About the Role

You’ll help ArcMart build its brand, grow its audience, generate leads, and acquire customers.

This role combines creative content with measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ArcMart's social media presence.
- Develop content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Create ideas for Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Write captions, hooks, and marketing copy.
- Research trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Plan and execute growth campaigns.
- Generate and optimize marketing leads.
- Support paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign and social media metrics.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels.
- Work with Sales and BD teams.
- Build ArcMart's brand among homeowners, professionals, and suppliers.





Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to identify trends.
- Comfortable experimenting with recent ideas.
- Knowledge of Canva/Meta Business Suite/Google Analytics is a plus.
- Freshers with strong creativity and execution skills can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
