Roles & Responsibilities:
°Handle inbound/outbound leads and explain project details to potential buyers.
°Schedule and conduct property site visits.
°Negotiate, close bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
°Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
°Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth documentation.
°Work on end to end sales process
Qualification: Graduate / Relevant Experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales
Key Skills:
°Excellent English & Kannada communication + proficiency in 2 regional languages
°Strong convincing and negotiation skills
°Lead generation and follow-up ability
°Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
