Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage assembly operations in our manufacturing facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly line supervision, manpower handling, production monitoring, and maintaining quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily assembly and production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned schedules
- Allocate work and manage manpower on the assembly floor
- Monitor assembly processes to ensure quality and productivity
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production Planning teams
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of materials and tools
- Monitor machine and equipment performance and report issues to the maintenance team
- Maintain daily production and assembly reports
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Implement 5S and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor
- Train and guide operators and assembly workers

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in production supervision




- Experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing industry is preferred
