We're looking for an Online Bidder with experience and skills to join our rapidly growing agency & team. As an Online Bidder at MarkeStac, you will be crucial in identifying recent business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various means, including emails and digital marketing efforts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients while actively seeking new client partnerships.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts that align with both parties' interests.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, leads, conversions, and revenue projections.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,



and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business growth initiatives.

Skills Required :

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to convert call leads provided and arrange meetings.
- Strong follow-up on prospects.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Networking skills to expand business connections and opportunities.

- Some experience with online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiver, etc.
