Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve day-to-day business operations, monitor team and process performance, and provide management with accurate and meaningful operational insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in KPI & metrics management, performance appraisal, MIS/reporting, team management, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities across teams/functions.
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs, KRAs, performance metrics, and operational targets.
- Track team and individual performance against defined targets and identify performance gaps.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/management reports.
- Analyse operational data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including KPI/KRA evaluation and performance reviews.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, processes, and internal controls.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, SLA adherence, and overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and follow up on improvement/action plans.
- Support manpower planning, workload allocation,



and resource utilization.
- Maintain operational dashboards and ensure accuracy of performance data.
- Present operational performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations/Business Operations/Performance Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in KPI, KRA, metrics, MIS, and performance reporting.
- Experience in employee performance appraisal and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of process improvement and SOP implementation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
