About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Flutter developer to build and deploy a cross-platform application (Android, iOS, and Web) from a single codebase. This is a short-term/freelance engagement, so we need someone who can move fast, work independently, and ship production-ready code with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a single Flutter codebase deployable across Android, iOS, and Web
- Build clean, responsive, and reusable UI components/screens as per design specs
- Integrate REST/third-party APIs and handle data parsing, error handling, and state management
- Implement QR code scanning functionality (generate/scan) within the app
- Write performance-optimized code — effective state management, lazy loading, minimal rebuilds, optimized asset handling
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments (Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Handle end-to-end app deployment — Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web hosting
- Use Git for version control — branching, PRs, merge conflict resolution, commit hygiene




- Debug and fix issues across platforms, ensuring consistent behavior on Android, iOS, and Web
- Collaborate with the team for quick turnarounds and iterative delivery

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart for mobile and web
- Strong understanding of Flutter Web limitations and workarounds
- Experience with API integration (REST, JSON, auth tokens/OAuth)
- Practical experience integrating QR code scanning (e.g., mobile_scanner, qr_code_scanner packages)
- Solid grasp of state management (Provider/Riverpod/Bloc/GetX — any one strongly)
- Experience with CI/CD setup and pipeline management for mobile/web releases
- Proficient in Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Experience with app store deployment (Play Console, App Store Connect) and code signing/certificates
- Understanding of performance profiling tools (Flutter DevTools) and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, given the short-term/freelance nature

Pay: ₹28,643.27 - ₹108,187.93 per month
