About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator Cum Store Manager to manage our day-to-day warehouse inventory and order processing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock inward and outward, inventory levels, Flipkart orders, dispatches, returns, and other warehouse-related data. The role requires good computer knowledge, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to coordinate daily warehouse operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain daily stock inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
- Record all inward and outward stock movements on a daily basis.
- Maintain proper records of:
- Stock received
- Stock dispatched
- Sales/orders
- Returns/RTO
- Damaged or defective products
- Available inventory
- Process and manage Flipkart orders on a daily basis.
- Download, check, and process orders for timely dispatch.
- Prepare pick lists, packing details, invoices, shipping labels, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within the required timelines.
- Update inventory after every inward/outward transaction.
- Regularly reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory records and ensure proper product identification.
- Monitor returned shipments and update RTO/return stock accurately.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all warehouse-related records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners whenever required.




- Ensure the warehouse is properly organized and products are stored systematically.
- Immediately report any stock mismatch, shortage, damage, or operational issue to management.
- Perform other data-entry and warehouse-management activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce order processing.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub will be an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of stock management and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce/warehouse environment.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, data entry, e-commerce, or order processing.
- Candidates with experience in Flipkart/Amazon seller operations will be preferred.
- Should have good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining reports.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to handle confidential business and inventory information responsibly.

- 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Timely processing and dispatch of all orders.
- Minimum stock discrepancies.
- Accurate recording of inward, outward, returns, and RTO inventory.
- Timely submission of daily inventory and dispatch reports.
- Proper warehouse organization and documentation.
