Job Description

Prince Logistics is looking for motivated and responsible Computer Operators to join our team in Kolkata. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, billing, and maintaining office records.

This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who have good working knowledge of computers and MS Word and MS Excel. Freshers who are willing to learn and develop their skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day computer data entry and documentation
- Prepare bills, invoices, reports, and other office documents
- Enter, update, and maintain company records accurately
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Perform basic office computer and administrative tasks




- Use MS Word and MS Excel for routine office work
- Coordinate with team members and support daily office operations
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Positive working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy while handling records and data
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply
