Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the telesales/telecalling team.
- Monitor outbound calling activities and sales conversions.
- Guide executives on effective sales pitches and objection handling.
- Motivate and coach team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and sales targets.
- Identify performance gaps and provide regular feedback and training.
- Ensure effective follow-up with leads and prospective customers.
- Track team performance and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Take necessary actions to improve overall team performance.
- Ensure the team consistently works toward assigned sales targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: 4–5 years in Sales/Telesales.
- Team handling experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Ability to motivate and manage a telesales team independently.





Work From Home Requirements

- Own Laptop and Headset.
- Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection.
- Mobile/WhatsApp-based working is not applicable.
- Candidate must have a suitable and professional work environment at home.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month in-hand.
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹30,000.
- Incentives are based on individual/team performance.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home.

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated through 3 stages:

Screening Round – Profile & communication screening
Assessment Test – Sales, communication & problem-solving evaluation
Personal Interview – Final discussion with the management team

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
