The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through active marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate current business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell company services to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Plan and execute on-ground and digital marketing outreach activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with pipeline leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Communication:



Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Personality: Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of market trends and computer/digital tools.
