Scalex IT Solutions, Kochi, is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Callers to join our outbound voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, introducing our products/services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided databases/leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or sales calls for the business development team.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams for lead handover and follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Provide regular feedback regarding customer responses, requirements, and market trends.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.




- Knowledge of Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Good conversational and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions effectively.
- Valuable listening and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead-management systems.
- Ability to handle repetitive outbound calls while maintaining communication quality.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in telecalling, outbound sales, customer support, lead generation, BPO, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of outbound calling/sales experience will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
