Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Control

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for residential and commercial
projects.
- Monitor project-wise cost, cash flows, and profitability.
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to management.

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of accounts in coordination with auditors.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

- Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
- Monitor receivables, collections, payables, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, loans, and facilities.

4. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and
Companies Act.
- Oversee timely filing of returns and handling of notices, assessments, and audits.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.

5. Project Finance & Real Estate Compliance

- Handle project finance accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure RERA-related financial compliance and reporting.
- Support project approvals, escrow management, and statutory audits.

6. Internal Controls & Audit

- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs,



and financial governance frameworks.
- Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Ensure risk mitigation and compliance across finance processes.

7. Management Reporting & Decision Support

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Assist management in evaluating investments, pricing, and feasibility studies.

8. Team Leadership & Coordination

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities, review performance, and build team capability.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, legal, procurement, and project teams.
