We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities at our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, handling enquiries, coordinating with Sales & Service teams, and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate appointments.
- Manage customer databases and update customer information in DMS/CRM/HRMS or relevant systems.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams regarding customer requirements.
- Make follow-up calls for vehicle enquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and service appointments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Remind customers about periodic service, insurance renewal, warranty, and other vehicle-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
- Support customer retention and referral activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with all customers.
- Achieve assigned call, appointment, follow-up, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
