1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Monitor and drive key business parameters including sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage, and profitability and study reports related all these parameters , share with management
3. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards across all outlets.
4. Control wastage, inventory variance, operational expenses, and other controllable costs.
5. Monitor outlet performance against defined KPIs and business targets and drive corrective and improvement initiatives.
6. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and best practices across outlets.
Pay: ₹15,318.88 - ₹35,000.00 per month
