Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR and operations team in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and people management in an agency setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of candidates for various roles like social media, design, copywriting, performance marketing, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and offer letters.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support in HR operations like drafting policies, handling queries, and maintaining office culture.
- Assist in team engagement activities, performance tracking, and training sessions.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Management / related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about recruitment and team management.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) is a plus.
- Passionate about working in a creative and fast-paced agency environment.
