Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Showroom Owner

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives

Position Summary

The Tiles Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving field sales, building strong network relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders, and generating leads to expand market reach. The candidate will promote the brand's tile range (vitrified, ceramic, marble finish, wall/floor tiles) both in the field and directly to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & B2B Network: Visit ongoing construction sites, meet architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and builders to tie up for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective buyers, present sample boards and catalogs, explain technical specifications, and convert leads into orders.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular touchpoints with key buyers,



understand client requirements, and provide custom solutions or pricing quotes.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor prices, new design trends in tiles, and report local market demands to management.
- Coordination & Payment Follow-up: Work closely with the showroom/warehouse team for sample distribution, order delivery, and collection of outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Min 1 years of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.
- Education: Minimum 10th
- Mandatory Requirement: Own two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license (for field visits).
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, robust pitching and negotiation skills, active listening, and basic knowledge of local geographical areas.

Pay: ₹15.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
