Job Description

Job Title: Tender Cum Liaisoning Officer

Reporting to: Director

- Act as Liaison Manager for multiple projects across departments in the State & Central Government and Municipal Corporations.
- Strategic engagement with political leaders and bureaucrats to represent the organization's interests at various government levels.
- Submitting proposals to secure tenders across municipal corporations and state departments
- Liaison with respective government bodies for ensuring timely approvals, permits, and smooth coordination for project implementation/ execution
- Follow up on the status of regulatory applications and keep internal stakeholders updated
- Maintain records of approvals, NOCs, and correspondence with authorities




- Provide on-ground support during site visits and inspections by authorities
- Ensure smooth liaisoning process as per the business requirement
- Assist in building long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
- Coordinating new electricity connections and service applications.
- Liaising with electricity-board officials regarding inspections, approvals, and documentation.
- Handling electrical approvals, drawings, estimates, deposits, and related correspondence.
- Tracking applications and resolving delays between the client, contractors, consultants, and electricity authorities.
- Maintaining records of applications, approvals, payments, inspections, and compliance.

Pay: ₹ 3,50,000 - ₹ 5, 00,000 per year

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
