About the Role

Trade Max Academy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Monitor to oversee academic quality, mentor performance, student progress, and training operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth academic delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to an excellent learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily online and offline academic sessions.
- Ensure classes follow the approved curriculum, timetable, and academic SOPs.
- Evaluate mentor performance through class observations and feedback.
- Track mentor attendance, class completion, and performance metrics.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, assessments, and overall progress.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and coordinate with mentors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly academic performance reports.
- Maintain academic MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Ensure curriculum compliance and support academic process improvements.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements





- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training operations, quality assurance, or the education sector.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent reporting and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of LMS, CRM, or MIS systems is an added advantage.
