· Coordinating the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
· Conducting initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
· Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for recent employees, including completing necessary documentation and conducting orientation.
· Maintaining employee personal file and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Coordinating in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflict resolution.
· Coordinating in performance management processes, such as employee performance reviews and goal-setting.
· Responsible for conducting training and development programs.

· Doctors’ Salary & CUTS calculation
· Statutory work : ESI & PF calculation & monthly filing
· Overtime pay calculation
· Assisting in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Handling basic HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee files, organizing HR documents, and maintaining HR systems or databases.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resource
Experience:
- 10 years of relevant HR Experience in NABH-accredited/pre-accredited hospitals is preferred.
- Should have practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training & development, grievance handling, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and HR audits.
- Knowledge of NABH HR standards, applicable labour laws, and hospital HR practices is preferred.
