Job Description:

- To take care of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Welcoming guests, customers, and visitors & coordination according to requirements.
- Arranging and Scheduling meeting rooms for various meetings
- Entry of docket no. in courier register and in excel file on a daily basis.
- From reception entry to all meeting rooms, it should be neat, clean, and hygienic.
- Maintain the courier register on a daily basis for bill verification/delivery.
- Checking online courier delivery status.
- Taking care of post-receiving and arranging for dispatch on a daily basis.
- Checking of lights, AC, and AC remote should be done.
- Birthday Mails and greetings to be sent on daily basis with consultation of HR on Name, department, etc.




- Sending the docket number to the concerned person through mail by next day.
- Keeping a record of visitors and interview candidates.
- Support HR for providing test papers for candidates coming for interviews and collecting their documents.
- Decorating the reception board in case of guest arrival.
- Maintaining the attendance of Gardner.
- Taking care of the garden area; verification of gardening work carried out on a daily basis.
- Taking care of other works like requirement of Current plants, decoration, cutting of grass, etc.
