- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues within cloud-based business systems.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
