Job Description
- Development of RT embedded computing platforms (suitable for power systems applications)
- Lead a MACWARE group &/ manage a MACWARE project
- Development and maintenance of quality processes complaint with latest international standards set by ISO, CMM, etc.
Key Skills
- Should have good knowledge in developing real time applications on 8, 16, 32 bit RISC micro-controller, DSP Architecture.
- Should have sound knowledge of semi-mathematical modeling formalism such as FSM.
- Knowledge on SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN and other bus interfaces
- Should be proficient in developing algorithms using embedded C, C++ and a variety of assembly languages
- Knowledge of software verification through simulators and emulators
- Should be proficient in in designing and implementing digital signal processing algorithms
- Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015 and CMMI quality Processes is highly desirable.
Project and People management skills
- Ability to manage an entire vertical group
Highly Desirable Skills
- Sound knowledge of power systems applications is highly desirable; Should have a penchant for designing advanced mathematical algorithms in the field of power systems protection
- Should have worked on advanced IDE and testing / simulation tools.
- Positive spoken and written English skills
- Good skills in handling documentation
- Familiar in use of version control management system
