We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Manager – Risk and Collection to manage field operations, drive business growth, and lead sales activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience and leadership skills.

- Monitor overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
- Handle collection of overdue amounts through calls and field visits.
- Monitor DPD, bounce cases, and NPA accounts.
- Identify high-risk customers and take timely action.
- Coordinate with field collection teams and collection agencies.
- Prepare daily/weekly collection and risk reports.
- Follow company policies and RBI guidelines for customer collection.
- Support recovery of long-pending and difficult accounts.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and business teams when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
