Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our organization and support the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, identifying market opportunities, and promoting the company’s products and services to target audiences. The candidate will work closely with sales and management teams to create effective marketing initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

The primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating promotional activities, conducting market research, analyzing customer preferences and competitor activities, creating engaging content for digital and print platforms, and supporting branding initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, monitoring campaign performance,



maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and providing reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation, email marketing, and basic graphic design concepts will be an added advantage. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in marketing or related areas. The role may involve travel, event participation, and performance-based growth opportunities within the organization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
