About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Supply Chain Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support our daily supply chain operations, helping to ensure that our inventory, procurement, and logistics processes run smoothly. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of supply chain management who is eager to grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Tracking: Monitor shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate daily with suppliers and vendors regarding purchase orders, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Inventory Management: Assist in updating inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate supply chain data and assist in preparing daily or weekly status reports.
- Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve minor delays, discrepancies,



or issues in the supply chain process.
- Team Support: Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of practical experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Technical Skills: Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with any ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
