We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant service operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and seat guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Supervise waiters, stewards, and service staff in the assigned section.
- Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Check bills and assist with billing and payment procedures.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel F&B; service preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
