Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team with reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.




- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GST filing and reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and basic reporting.
- Experience in preparing MIS and financial reports.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
