Key Responsibilities

- Plan vehicles based on daily dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
- Ensure vehicles report at warehouses as per scheduled time.
- Coordinate vehicle placement from Mother Warehouse and 3PL locations.
- Track vehicles from dispatch to final delivery.
- Monitor transit TAT and delayed vehicles.
- Follow up for POD after delivery.
- Maintain transporter-wise and lane-wise performance.
- Coordinate with warehouses for loading and dispatch readiness.
- Track vehicle detention and identify reasons for delays.
- Maintain records of vehicle rates and lane-wise transportation cost.
- Obtain competitive quotes wherever required.
- Support identification and onboarding of alternate transporters.
- Maintain backup transporters for significant lanes.
- Coordinate transporter escalations.
- Support freight bill validation against agreed vehicle/lane rates.
- Maintain daily and weekly FTL MIS.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
