Job Summary - Corise Healthcare is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing, invoicing, and basic account-related activities. Freshers with good computer skills as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and other billing documents.
- Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Verify billing details, rates, quantities, GST, and other applicable charges.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for billing-related matters.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain daily billing reports and records.
- Enter and update data in billing/accounting software.
- Assist the accounts team with basic accounting and documentation work.
- Ensure timely submission and filing of invoices and related documents.
- Requirements Education: 12th pass / Graduate (B.Com. preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GST billing/Tally will be an advantage.
- Freshers can apply; relevant billing/accounts experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
