We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and result-oriented Category Management Executive to manage, develop, and grow assigned product categories while driving business performance and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, buying behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and optimize product assortment, ensuring the right breadth and depth of SKUs.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with cataloging teams to maintain accurate, high-quality product listings.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, including discounts and promotional pricing.
- Monitor margins, costs, commissions, and overall category profitability.
- Onboard current vendors and brands while maintaining strong and productive relationships.
- Coordinate with vendors for stock availability, new product launches, exclusive offers, and commercial requirements.
- Plan and execute category-level campaigns, deals,



and seasonal promotions.
- Track the performance and ROI of promotional activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, sell-through, and inventory health.
- Identify rapid-moving and slow-moving SKUs and take corrective actions to improve category performance.
- Drive product visibility through sponsored listings, banners, and other brand monetization opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, Catalog, and Customer Support teams.
- Use data-driven insights to improve sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
