Qualified, Plumbing Expert – Plumbing Supply

We are looking for a Sales Manager Assistant to support our Sales Manager and help manage day-to-day communication with customers.

This is an important customer-facing position. The right candidate must be highly responsive, organized, and able to communicate professionally with customers through WhatsApp and email.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage customer messages through WhatsApp and email
- Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally on behalf of the Sales Manager
- Make sure every customer message receives a response and nothing is missed
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, deliveries, and general customer inquiries
- Follow up on open questions and outstanding customer requests until they are resolved
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments when additional information is needed
- Help keep customer communication organized and ensure important matters receive immediate attention
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales-related tasks and customer follow-ups

VERY IMPORTANT – Required Qualifications

Strong English is required. The candidate must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently and professionally, as you will communicate directly with customers in the United States.





Experience with plumbing supplies and plumbing equipment is strongly preferred. We are specifically interested in candidates who understand products such as:

- Plumbing pipe, fittings, valves, and accessories
- Water heaters and boilers
- Pumps and circulators
- Plumbing fixtures and rough-in materials
- Commercial plumbing equipment
- General plumbing and heating supplies

Experience working for a plumbing supply company, plumbing distributor, MEP supplier, or similar industry is a major advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.

The most important part of this position is making sure that customers are taken care of and no WhatsApp message, email, question, or request goes unanswered.

The ideal candidate understands plumbing products well enough to answer many customer questions independently and knows when something needs to be escalated to the Sales Manager.
