Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated UK Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admission procedures, and student visa requirements, along with excellent communication and counseling skills.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding students from the initial counseling stage through university selection, application, offer processing, and coordination with the visa team.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students interested in pursuing higher education in the UK.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, budget, and preferences and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Provide accurate information on UK universities, courses, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and entry requirements.
- Guide students through the complete UK application process.
- Handle university applications and follow up on application status, offers, and required documents.
- Explain admission requirements, English language requirements, tuition fees, and other relevant conditions.
- Coordinate with university representatives and internal application/visa teams.
- Follow up with students regularly and maintain proper records in the CRM/HRMS system.
- Assist students with documentation and ensure applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.




- Stay updated on changes in UK university admission requirements, intakes, scholarships, and student visa regulations.
- Achieve individual and team counseling and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in UK student counseling / overseas education consultancy preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admission processes, and intakes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counseling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of student documentation and application procedures.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Good computer and CRM skills.
- Candidates with experience handling UK student applications will be preferred.
