- Handle inbound calls from US customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain qualified and fluent English communication.
- Verify customer information and update CRM/system records.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain required quality, productivity and customer-satisfaction targets.
