Position description: Orchestrating and optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders for streamlined and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability, minimize carrying costs, and maintain a balance between demand and supply, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish terms and conditions, aiming to secure favorable agreements while maintaining strong partnerships for the procurement of goods and services.
- Collaborate with different departments to forecast demand accurately, utilizing historical data and market trends, and develop strategies to align procurement and production activities with anticipated demand.
- Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and logistics functions to optimize efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and streamline supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including disruptions, shortages, and changes in market conditions, to ensure resilience and continuity in the supply of goods and services.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance, analyze data,



and generate regular reports for senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with organizational goals and to address any cross-functional challenges.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, addressing any legal or ethical considerations within the supply chain processes.
- Leverage technology solutions for inventory tracking, demand planning, and supply chain visibility, promoting the integration of creative tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in middle management functions.
