Job Title: Contact Point Verification (CPV) Executive

Job Summary:

The CPV Executive is responsible for conducting verification of customer details, addresses, and business locations to ensure the authenticity of information provided during loan, credit card, or financial product applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer verification through field visits and telephonic verification.

Verify residential, office, and business addresses.

Validate customer information and supporting documents.

Prepare verification reports and submit them within defined timelines.

Update records in the company system accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding verification status.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Report discrepancies or fraudulent information immediately.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.





Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).

Ability to travel locally for verification visits.

Attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Customer verification experience.

Knowledge of banking, fintech, or financial services processes.
