Role Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving Sales revenue, fleet utilization, and market expansion for AWP/MEWP equipment in the assigned region. The role requires strong local market presence, customer engagement, and the ability to generate consistent business.

1. Business Development

- Drive rental revenue growth and achieve monthly/annual targets
- Increase fleet utilization across the assigned region
- Identify new sales opportunities in construction, infrastructure, maintenance, and industrial projects
- Promote short-term and long-term AMC solutions

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and industrial clients Generate repeat business through robust customer engagement Handle enquiries, site visits,



and sales negotiations

- Manage large clients and project-based requirements

4. Market Coverage & Local Expansion

- Build strong presence in Vizag markets
- Map key contractors, builders, and industrial customers in the region
- Expand customer base through field visits and networking

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
