Company Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist / Counsellor to join our organization. The selected candidate will work with children, parents, students, and other clients to understand their psychological, emotional, behavioural, and career-related concerns and provide appropriate guidance and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct counselling sessions with children, adolescents, parents, and adults.
- Understand clients' emotional, behavioural, academic, and personal concerns.
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret assessment results.
- Provide appropriate guidance and counselling based on individual client needs.
- Explain assessment reports and recommendations to clients and parents in a simple and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and client information.
- Develop personalized counselling plans and follow-up strategies.
- Identify clients who may require specialized psychological or medical support and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Conduct parent counselling and guidance sessions.
- Support career guidance, personality development, and student counselling programs.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, awareness programs, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with the company's management and counselling team.
- Maintain professional ethics, confidentiality, and client privacy at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology.




- Relevant certifications or specialized training in counselling will be preferred.
- Previous experience in counselling, child psychology, educational psychology, or psychological assessments will be an advantage.

- Strong listening and counselling abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Valuable understanding of psychological and behavioural issues.
- Ability to work with children, parents, students, and adults.
- Strong report interpretation and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- Child and adolescent counselling
- Educational counselling
- Career counselling
- Psychological assessments
- Psychometric testing
- DMIT or similar assessment-based counselling
- Parent counselling
- Personality and behavioural development

Age Preference

We are open to hiring candidates from different experience levels. Preference may be given to:

- Experienced Counsellor: Approximately 45–50 years
- Young Professional Counsellor: Approximately 25–30 years

Salary

Salary: As per qualification, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
