Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Flipkart and D2C order operations.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch within defined SLA and cut-off timelines.
- Monitor pending orders, ageing, cancellations, and operational exceptions.
- Track inventory availability, Fill Rate, OOS, and stock-related issues.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and Customer Care teams.
- Monitor pickup and delivery TAT, NDR, RTO, and returns.
- Maintain operational accuracy across Marketplace, OMS, and ERP systems.
- Monitor Flipkart SLA compliance, inventory synchronization, and fulfilment performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering orders, dispatch, backlog, Fill Rate, and exceptions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support process improvement, automation, and SOP implementation.




- Guide and monitor executives handling respective business channels.
- Proactively identify and escalate critical operational risks to the Senior Operations Manager.

Preferred Profile

- 4–7 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, or D2C Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Panel / Marketplace Operations is preferred.
- Robust understanding of order fulfilment, inventory management, logistics, and returns.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/OMS systems, and data analysis.
- Strong coordination, ownership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage operational challenges and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
