HR Generalist

Base Location: Candidate must be in or around Hyderabad
Mode: Work from Home
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Description:

- Support payroll processing and related HR activities.
- Manage day-to-day HR Generalist functions including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in HR.
- Good understanding of HR Generalist activities.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the role's work requirements, coordination responsibilities, and business schedule.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
