Job Description – AI & Automation Executive

- Identify repetitive and manual business processes that can be automated using AI and technology.
- Build and implement automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Integrate ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools/APIs into business processes.
- Automate workflows across HR, Operations, Finance, Inventory, Reporting, Marketing and Administration.
- Connect different software, Google Sheets, databases, APIs, webhooks and internal systems.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for reporting, data processing, communication, document handling and task automation.
- Build automated alerts, approvals, notifications, dashboards and management reports.




- Understand departmental requirements and convert manual workflows into practical automation solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, maintain and continuously improve existing automations.
- Research and implement new AI tools and technologies that can improve business efficiency.
- Take end-to-end ownership of automation projects from process identification → development → implementation → improvement.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
