We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Café Operator to join our café team in Bhavnagar.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; operations who are passionate about customer service and café management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other café products.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure quality and consistency in beverage and food preparation.
- Handle basic inventory and stock requirements.
- Support billing, POS, cash handling, and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Create a friendly and welcoming experience for customers.




- Support the café team during busy shifts and peak hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Previous experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; operations.
- Good knowledge of café operations and customer service.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of coffee, beverages, food service, or café operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
