· Actively monitor, identify, and track spare parts tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government e-procurement portals. Handle the complete bid preparation, documentation, and online submission process.
· Prepare and submit precise techno-commercial quotations for OEM spare parts by using catalogues, Price List and coordinating with OEMs for pricing and technical clarifications.
· Follow up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders. Track orders diligently and coordinate with internal departments for timely execution.
· Proactively participate in customer meetings and Price Negotiation Committee (PNC / CNC) discussions, handling both virtual and physical sessions at customer sites as required as per directives of Sales Manager.
· Manage daily transactions, inventory tracking,
and order processing using the company’s ERP system (TCS iON). Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely placement of OEM orders.
· Maintain meticulous sales trackers, MIS, quotation logs, and inventory reports. Utilize advanced Excel to monitor gross margins, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and safety stock levels.
· Build and maintain solid customer relationships with Defence and Marine sector clients, ensuring strict adherence to billing workflows and credit control timelines.
