​Job Overview

​We are looking for passionate, articulate, and dedicated TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) in Hindi. The selected educators will foster strong linguistic foundations, analytical appreciation of Hindi literature, and fluent verbal/written communication skills in alignment with the prescribed board curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).

​Key Responsibilities

​1. TGT Hindi (Grades 6–10)

- ​Deliver engaging lessons focusing on foundational and applied Hindi grammar (Vyakaran), reading comprehension, and introductory literature.
- ​Prepare students for board examinations (Grades 9 & 10) with targeted revision, mock tests, and writing practice.
- ​Conduct activities such as debate (Debate/Vaad-Vivaad), poetry recitation (Kavita Path), essay writing, and drama to build language fluency.
- ​Support remedial classes for students needing additional attention in spelling, reading, or syntax.

​2. PGT Hindi (Grades 11–12)





- ​Teach advanced Hindi Elective / Core syllabus, covering classical and modern prose, poetry, literary criticism, and creative composition.

- ​Guide senior secondary students in high-scoring board exam strategies, analytical answer-writing, and comprehensive literary analysis.
- ​Mentor students in creative writing, journalism basics, and public speaking competitions.
- ​Coordinate inter-school literary events, Hindi Diwas celebrations, and publication of school magazines/Hindi sections.

​3. General Academic & Administrative Duties

- ​Formulate weekly and yearly lesson plans adhering to National Education Policy (NEP) and board guidelines.
- ​Design, administer, and grade periodic tests, assignments, and practical assessments.

- ​Maintain records of academic progress and communicate proactively during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- ​Integrate digital learning tools, smartboard presentations, and multimedia aids into daily teaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
