Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (For Lead Generation)

Emotion Success is a brand that fills the gap due to which people don't get jobs even after having knowledge/degree. We teach those skills that actually get them hired. Our courses range from Rs. 3,499 to Rs. 9,999.

What You Will Do:

1. Create 2-3 High-Converting UGC Reels daily (Mobile-shot) for Facebook & Instagram Ads.

2. Your Reels should generate WhatsApp Leads. You will handle from Content -> Lead -> Sale.

3. Handle WhatsApp Chat & Normal Calls to convert leads into sales.

4. Run basic Facebook Boost / Ad campaigns to get leads.

What We Provide:

1. Daily Ad Budget of Rs. 300 will be provided by us for Ads/Boost Post.

2. All Course Material, Scripts & Sales Training will be provided.

Salary & Commission:

Fixed: Rs.



5,000/month + FLAT 20% COMMISSION ON EVERY SALE

Sell Rs. 3,499 course = Rs. 700 for you | Sell Rs. 9,999 course = Rs. 1,999 for you

We pay commission SAME DAY.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in UGC Content Creation, Reels, CapCut / VN Editing.

2. Positive Communication Skills - Hindi & English.

3. Own Phone/Laptop and good internet.
