Daily Earning Structure

- Daily Allowance: ₹150/- per day (Guaranteed travel/food support)
- Daily Incentive: ₹250/- per day (On achieving daily sales targets)
- High Monthly Earnings: Strong base pay + uncapped monthly performance bonuses, FIXED SALARY RS. 10,000/-+ DAILY INCENTIVES+6250+ SPECIAL WEEKLY TARGET ACHIEVEMENT BENEFIT OF RS.1000/-+ MONTHLY TARGET ACHIEVEMENT- RS. 5000/-

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local retail outlets, Milk parlours, ICECREAM parlours food businesses, and QSR counters in assigned zones. BOOK ORDERS TODAY AND DELIVERY TOMORROW. EVERY DAY ORDER TARGET VALUE RS. 5,000/- ONLY
- Introduce product lines, provide samples, and secure direct on-spot orders.
- Achieve daily booking and customer onboarding targets.
- Submit daily field visit reports and coordinate deliveries.





Requirements

- Passion for on-ground sales and target achievement.
- Freshers and experienced field sales candidates welcome.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
- Good local communication and negotiation skills.
