Vibhuti Technologies is looking for an experienced Sr. Business Development Executive who can generate new business through online bidding platforms and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of IT services and proven experience in converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant Web, Mobile App, SaaS, and IT projects.
- Create customized proposals and effectively communicate with prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn and email.
- Follow up with leads, understand requirements, negotiate, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, estimations, and project requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
- Proven experience in online bidding and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Good knowledge of Web & Mobile App Development, SaaS, and IT services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
