- Manage the Corporate Legal and Corporate Affairs function of the organization.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the Board, senior management, and business functions on corporate and commercial matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial contracts, agreements , shareholder agreements, and other legal documents.
- Oversee corporate governance processes, including support for Board and Committee meetings, resolutions, and statutory documentation.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
